We faced the challenge of implementing portfolio management in the department, motivating, assisting, and guiding the professionals responsible for each project. One key aspect I would like to highlight is the development of tools: SharePoint, Power BI (Projects and PRC), and the 'calculator,' which is still in development. I had the pleasure of working together with Mr. Luciano Gomes of Lm4tech and his team for over 5 years. Together, we have implemented a fully integrated tool and process for our R&D (iPMO – innovation Project Management Office) using a Microsoft platform to allow easy, efficient and transparent involvement and collaboration globally across all our local entities around the globe. The development and maintenance of the system required a lot of deep programming work to fulfill our very specific and detailed requirements regarding data integrity, process implementation and graphical visualization in dashboards.
